Personalized Valentine Cookies Workshop

Bring your little one and create delicious heart-shaped cookies and then personalize them with little words and sayings to celebrate the holiday of love. Pack them up and give them out as gifts for your own loved ones! Pre-registration required online.
Family Day of Clay: Valentine Heart Box

Celebrate Valentine’s Day by creating a heart-shaped box for yourself or a loved one. You will be guided through the box making process using textures and using a template, and then add colored glaze and decoration. Pre-register online.
Valentines for the Community

Kids ages 5-12 can help brighten Valentine’s Day for a young patient at a hospital in Philadelphia by making them a Valentine. Feel free to drop off more cards at the library as well!
Parent and Child Pottery Workshop

Work together to create a Valentine’s heart bowl with a lid. After the workshop, the staff will fire your creations for you. Register online in advance.
Puppy Love Storytime

This program for preschoolers will start with stories about furry friends and end with making special Valentines for a local animal rescue.
Cupcake Decorating Workshop

Learn techniques to decorate, and leave with six festive cupcakes! Appropriate for all skill levels. Adults and children 6 and up are welcome. Must have a ticket for ages 11 and up (ages 6-10 are welcome to come for free with a paying adult). Pre-registration is required.
Paper Hearts STEM Challenge

Participants will create paper hearts and then arrange them into the tallest free-standing tower they can make. For ages 6 to 8 years. Registration required online.
Miniature Worlds: Mini Valentine Pals

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, kids ages 7 and up can head into the warm sewing studio to create two adorable Mini Pocket Pals out of clothespins and fabric. Get creative sewing, gluing, and learning some felting skills! Pre-register online.
Valentine Necklace Art Workshop
