She seeks out diverse local women of all ages, shapes and backgrounds to model her clothes giving them an opportunity to feel special! My daughter and I model for her, and we have such a wonderful experience bonding, breaking out of our comfort zones, and shedding any self-consciousness thanks to Rachel’s warmth and acceptance! While I was at the Boutique recently, Rachel had an elderly woman model her clothes – what a smile and how happy this woman was to have her picture taken as a model! Rachel and the Boutique are extremely involved in the community, sponsoring events that bring women together and that assist those in need with proceeds of sales often going to local charities and causes. In addition, Rachel is an inspiration to everyone who meets her. She talks openly and honestly about her struggles with anxiety and fights against it by getting active and trying new things. When she posts and talks about these things, she is so genuine that I cannot help but admire her strength and latch on to her enthusiasm, which lifts me up and helps me want to make similar moves towards growth in my life! I would love to see Boutique on Thirty receive a LOVE award for the love it gives to its community and customers!”

“Kids at Play opened 7 years ago with the concept of providing a safe, fun place where kids of all abilities could come and play together. We are an indoor playground that offers a multitude of adaptable equipment to make our setting inclusive of everyone. We offer Open Play, Birthday Parties and Therapy. We managed to stay afloat during the pandemic and grow our pediatric therapy center to include Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy as well as ABA (applied Behavioral Analysis) and we are working on adding in Behavioral health! We are a family run business and everything we do, we give all of our heart and soul. This past year we finally incorporated a 501c3, Kids at Play Foundation in which we give life back to gently used (and new) childhood items! We partner with other non-profits to gain access to diapers, clothing and toys and books for ages 0-12 and gift them to local families in need in our community. Currently we are building a brand new building and plan on moving our site in late spring!”

Not only was Kat instrumental in helping me find a specialist so I could address these issues, but throughout this time she worked with me closely to help me improve my strength, flexibility, and enhance my core all while fitting within with the restrictions I had physically.
That is no easy feat — in addition to the pelvic floor issues, I have scoliosis, I had a bulging disc in my back in the past, etc. I have often gotten hurt from working with other personal trainers.
