The foundation provides comfort and relief through meaningful and practical care packages and memory-making opportunities during an incredibly difficult season of life. Founded by a widow and caregiver, the organization understands grief firsthand and meets families where they are. Small MomentsFoundation offers direct support to grieving families to ease the emotional and financial burden of loss.
