Dr Shah and his staff are amazing!
They are so nice and pleasant to work with. Dr Shah is so down to earth and friendly. He’s very knowledgeable but at the same time super approachable and welcoming. My kids had such a great experience and actually asked to go back again one week later.
The office is immaculate and decorated in a super fun and inviting way that makes kids feel right at home.

Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Shah and his pediatric dental practice.
They are so friendly and so thorough putting every patient at the center of their attention. They do beautiful work on kids mouths, and really take the time to address patient concerns.
My 6 and 9 year old actually look forward to their dental visits as Dr. Shah and his staff make it such a fun and pleasant experience. Personal TV screens, squishmallows for hugging, and fun toys at the end…they really are the best!

If you are reading this review, you are likely looking for a pediatric dentist and possibly overwhelmed and anxious about picking one over the internet. As a mother of three (ages 4 -10), I’d like to assure you that choosing Great Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Shah is the best decision you could make for your kids’ dental needs.
I met Dr. Shah when my toddler fell and broke her front tooth. I was distraught but he really went out of his way to reassure me and took his time to explain what he would like to do to stabilize the tooth. He treated my daughter like he would his own and even sang to her to try to help calm her down. That level of genuine concern and care is rare and I have always appreciated him for that. When it was time for my older two to get their dental cleanings, I found out he had moved to his own practice an hour away, but I was willing to make the drive given how thoughtful and gentle he had been with my youngest. I can tell you he did not disappoint!
Great Valley Pediatric Dentistry is not an office, it’s a dental spa! If your kids have any anxiety, it will be gone when they walk in, greeted by all the squishmallows you can imagine, colorful walls, a lovely mural painting, kid friendly exam rooms with flatscreen TVs (to help keep them entertained as Dr. Shah works on them). However, I think what’s more important is the way Dr. Shah and Mr. Ryan engaged with them. They found ways to connect with the kids, alleviate any anxiety and talked through every step of the cleaning so the kids would know what to expect. The kids loved Dr. Shah and Mr. Zach and said they were so gentle compared to their previous dentist. They cannot wait to go for their next cleaning.
Every once in a while you meet a person who has found their true calling and it is reflected by how easily and well they perform their craft, and how reassured they make you feel. Dr. Shah was meant to be a pediatric dentist. Please book your appointment before he stops taking patients!
