Stacey Ballard, President & CEO, Eadeh Enterprises

Main Line Parent is proud to recognize Stacey Ballard with a Women of Influence award.

“I first met Stacey when I worked for Surrey Services, which provides opportunities and solutions for older adults. Eadeh was always a good neighbor and advocate for seniors. But when I moved to Berwyn, I quickly realized that Stacey’s passion knows no bounds! She is single-handedly changing this once sleepy part of the Main Line into a highly sought-after place to live and be. She has brought new life to our area with construction projects such as the Fritz Apartments, Handels new home, many new restaurants, a new coffee shop, AND the Culinary Harvest Farmers Market each week — a smashing success. We are so proud of our town and ever so grateful to have Stacey Ballard. She’s a ball of energy that brings bright light to our quaint main line town!

Meet Stacey

Stacey Ballard is well-versed in commercial real estate practices and knows all of the
questions to ask to best match businesses with their real estate needs. She has worked for Eadeh Enterprises since 1988, starting at the bottom of the company ladder, driving dump trucks and carrying lumber. Through hard work and determination, she worked her way up the company ranks to become founder Ernest Eadeh’s right-hand woman. After his passing, she stepped into her current role of president of the company. She loves the small-town, wave-to-your-neighbor feel of the Main Line and loves working here, living here, and giving back generously to the community!

Hard Work and Giving Back

Stacey counts herself lucky to have had two incredible role models in her life who embraced hard work and giving back. The first is her mother Rosemary, who owned a flower shop in their hometown. She set an example as a hard working and generous business woman who made a point to give back to the community that supported their family business.

The second is her mentor and boss, Ernest Eadeh, founder of Eadeh Enterprises who was so generous in teaching her everything there is know about real estate, as well as the importance of appreciating your community. His passing in 2010 was a very difficult time, but she pulled from her inner strength, experiences, and knowledge, as well as the confidence that he had in her, to take over the leadership of the company.

“From both (mentors), I learned to work hard and efficiently, and I learned to love what I do!” says Stacey. I learned gratitude and happiness comes from doing your best and giving to others.”

Point of Pride

In her career she has contributed to the community in many positive ways. But she is especially proud of her role in establishing the Berwyn Farmer’s Market through a partnership with Culinary Harvest.

“Partnering with our friends at Culinary Harvest was the best thing that could happen to our office and to our community!” says Stacey. “In May 2023, we launched the Berwyn Farmer’s Market and with great success, thanks to creative marketing, live music, education and outreach from our non-profit partners, and amazing, locally-sourced food and products from local vendors. It was everything and more than we imagined and the experience has reinvigorated our local businesses and our community!”
