For Realtor Nicole Klein, a Laser Focus on Service
Klein's brought her years of experience at Nordstrom to the real estate business.
Looking for a Realtor who will put you first? Nicole Klein’s commitment to customer service came out of her own experience buying a house.
“As a first-time home buyer, I realized how important it was for the agent to be the client’s advocate,” Klein said.
Within two years of buying her first house, Klein was selling real estate — with her seven years at Nordstrom, a company renowned for its service, as her guidebook.
“I really tried to take everything I learned from Nordstrom about providing excellent customer service, and apply it to my real estate career,” she said.
She started off selling to first-time buyers. Eleven years later, most of her clients are selling that house and buying another one. Klein, who also has a buyer’s agent on her Bryn Mawr-based team, prides herself on making the moving process as seamless as possible.
Relying on the visual merchandising skills she honed at Nordstrom, she can help you get your house ready to sell.
“Her knowledge on staging was incredible,” said Katelynn Walls, who sold her home and bought in West Chester with Klein. “Her ideas made my home look so good that I actually did not want to list it!”
Klein’s neighborhood-by-neighborhood expertise means she can guide you to the perfect street, school district, and house — and help you through any of the challenges that can arise during a real estate deal.
“I always make sure I’m my clients’ advocate,” she said. “My focus is providing the best service I can to meet their specific needs.”
“She was always available and a great source of knowledge. When inspection did not go exactly as planned on our dream home, Nicole was persistent, insistent yet rational working to get us what we needed to make this house ours,” Walls said.
“We are incredibly grateful that Nicole Klein was our Realtor.”
