“I really tried to take everything I learned from Nordstrom about providing excellent customer service, and apply it to my real estate career,” she said.

She started off selling to first-time buyers. Eleven years later, most of her clients are selling that house and buying another one. Klein, who also has a buyer’s agent on her Bryn Mawr-based team, prides herself on making the moving process as seamless as possible.
