Toddler Yoga & Music

Join Lucy and Lyman Butler for a Toddler Yoga & Music Event! This 45 minute session includes themes like “Jungle Safari” to capture your child’s imagination as Lucy guides them through mindful movement, stillness practice and pretend play. Lyman leads the class in engaging songs and instrument circles that are sprinkled throughout the practice. Parents must be in attendance for the duration of the class and are encouraged to participate. Recommended ages 2–5. Cost is $30 for parent and child; $10 for additional siblings.
Lucy, an experienced yoga instructor is described as “patient, knowledgeable, incredibly warm, and encouraging.” Lyman, a musician, former preschool teacher, curriculum developer, and founder of a successful cooperative, practices positive guidance with his children. Lucy, Lyman and their daughters, Sunny (5) and Bonnie (3) share a lifestyle infused with yoga, song and dance.
