Mushroom Foray at Rolling Hill Park

Join the Lower Merion Conservancy and the Philly Myco Club for their first foray of the year! Meet outside the Lower Merion Conservancy cottage at 1 pm (to the left as you drive into the park, away from the dog park). After a brief introduction, the group will break apart to look for mushrooms. If it is your first time and/or you feel like you need guidance you will be able to follow more experienced members. The group will meet back at the starting point at 3 pm to identify and talk about what people found.
Children are welcome to attend. Dogs are also welcome, but must be kept on leash at all times except in the specific areas in the park where dogs are allowed off leash. Please dress appropriately for outdoor activities. Close-toed shoes and long pants are recommended due to poison ivy and ticks.
