Meridee Winters School of Music 2024 Songwriters Showcase

The Meridee Winters Songwriters Showcase, a school favorite, is a one-of-a-kind concert that features dedicated kid and teen songwriters excitedly sharing their latest original pieces. This show is a win-win: their creative piano, voice, violin and guitar students get the chance to perform in professional settings, and the audience gets to hear the world premiere of songs that range from poignant to quirky to infectiously catchy. (Where else in town will you get the chance to hear violin tunes inspired by Robert Frost poems, and then a passionate ode to sugar — all in the same show?)
This is an exclusive event, and all participants have been invited by their teacher for showing a commitment to creating their own work. Come share in their success, and be inspired!
