Meditation Session for Teens

Homework stress? Tired?? Overwhelmed?
Teens are invited to the UMT Library for a 45-minute session to uncover the secrets of Breathwork and Meditation in enhancing learning and coping with stress at school. Swathi Vilivalam, a local volunteer from the Art of Living Foundation, leads the session. To be held in the Valley Forge Room.
