Falun Dafa Exercises and Sitting Meditation for Teens

Falun Dafa is great for teens; It helps to improve confidence and focus, raises self-awareness and gives teens the tools they need to resist peer pressure. Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that includes four easy-to-learn standing exercises and a sitting meditation. Falun Dafa is guided by the principles of Truthfulness,Compassion, and Forbearance, is always free to learn, and is practiced worldwide by people from all walks of life.
