CraftNOW Create
November 11, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Kids and their families are invited to CraftNOW Create at the Smith Memorial Playground this November 11th from 10 am–1pm. Geared for elementary-aged students, this event encourages kids to create a handful of crafty projects developed by local arts organizations. Demonstrations and activities will be set up on their wrap-around porch and in front of the Playhouse. The event can accommodate up to 100 kid crafters each hour and of course, the playhouse and playground will be open for play.

Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, The Clay Studio, The Museum for Art in Wood, The Philadelphia Magic Gardens, The Philadelphia Guild of Handweavers, The Asian Arts Initiative, The DaVinci Art Alliance and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
