All for the Union: Military and Civilian Life in the Civil War

The Civil War comes to the Peter Wentz Farmstead September 22nd and 23rd! Come experience how the War affected society from both a military and civilian perspective. Witness artillery demonstrations from Battery F, First Pennsylvania Light Artillery and see how soldiers camped in the field. Then, meet members of the U.S. Sanitary Commission to learn how civilians aided the war effort.
Artillery demonstrations will take place on Saturday at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm, and on Sunday at 11 am and 1 pm.
All ages, free. No registration required.
