The Clubhouse Phoenixville
Intentional, educator-led play programs that help kids build confidence, regulation, and social connection—while parents feel supported.
The Clubhouse Phoenixville
Description

The Clubhouse Phoenixville is an educator-led community space in Phoenixville that supports children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth through intentional play. Programs are thoughtfully designed using guided turf-based movement, foam pit games, hands-on crafts, and collaborative activities that help children practice confidence, regulation, and connection in real time. Each session balances structure with choice, allowing kids to move, create, problem-solve, and build relationships in a calm, supportive environment.
Their offerings include caregiver-and-child classes, small-group enrichment, drop-off Kids Club sessions, Summer Camp 2026, and Birthday Parties, Teen Night, and Adult Workshops.
The Clubhouse also just introduced their NEW Clubhouse Mornings — programming designed for the modern family with flexible options: stay and play with your child, drop off and go, or work in our coworking loft!
New families are invited to try a first class or session to experience the space and approach firsthand. Additionally, the center has expanded its schedule to better serve families. Their School Closure Days are now offered as a full-day program from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, and their Saturday Kids Club has been extended to run from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Our family cannot say enough good things about The Clubhouse! Whether the kids have attended for a school closure day, a party or camp, they’ve always had a five-star time and are never not asking to go back. It’s truly a space where kids can just be kids and have fun in the way that they feel most comfortable, and Nicole and her staff always go above and beyond. If you need coverage for a work day, just need a few hours to yourself or for whatever other reason you might need to unload the kids for a few hours, absolutely don’t hesitate to book with The Clubhouse!

We had a fantastic experience with Clubhouse Phoenixville. This is a caring, supportive and encouraging environment. We signed up for a cooking-themed one week camp and saw the skills then translated at home. We will be returning for sure and I have been spreading the word with other Mom friends.

Clubhouse Wellness has been a blessing of an addition to our life and community. Nicole is a powerhouse of a mom, with enough positivity, creativity, and patience not only to support her own 4 kids, but to support our kids, too. I’m a mom of 3, with my youngest still in preschool, and he can be a handful! We decided to give Clubhouse a shot, knowing it might not work for them to have our son, or our son might not be ok there (he’s very strong willed and particular). But with the space and program Nicole’s set up and oversees, Clubhouse and zero issues yet still lets him be himself. Gabe has felt good there from day 1 😊
We’ve relied on the Clubhouse when both parents have work and we want our youngest to have a GREAT day, not just be babysat. I pick him up happy and tired in the best way – which makes bedtime a breeze (a little bonus we love!) After a few visits, we were shocked when our son started asking to go back to Clubhouse, even on days I was home!
Nicole has a huge heart, and the courage to fight the fight to give our kids what they actually need – play, outdoors, movement, creativity, and all the loving support when mommy and daddy can’t be around. Sending her all the referrals and all the love so that Clubhouse can grow into whatever amazing dreams Nicole has for it – Clubhouse will no doubt be a blessing for all who are fortunate enough to be a part of it 💗

The Clubhouse Summer camp has truly been a blessing to our family. My 8 year old son absolutely loves it. The professional staff is amazing and Nicole (the owner) is absolutely magnificent. If you are looking for a camp that is small and lots of fun for your children, I super highly recommend checking out the Clubhouse 🙂

We have been able to experience The Clubhouse for parties, camps, and even a single day drop-off camp experience for my boys. Nicole has created a space for imaginations to take off and energy to be spent.
I look forward to having a chance to attend one of the many adult programs she has to offer as well!

The Clubhouse Wellness Center’s environments and programs are all so carefully curated to benefit both children and adults. From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense of calm, intention, and genuine care that’s hard to find elsewhere. The space feels welcoming, thoughtful, and supportive. It was clearly designed with both physical and emotional well-being in mind.
What stands out most is how seamlessly they balance programming for kids and adults. Children have opportunities to learn, grow, and explore in a nurturing environment, while adults are offered resources and experiences that support their own wellness and personal development. It truly feels like a place where families can grow together.
The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and deeply invested in the work they’re doing, which creates a strong sense of community. It’s clear that every detail, from the environment to the programming, has been intentionally designed to support well-being in a meaningful way.
Phoenixville is lucky to have such a special resource in the community.

Could not have a better experience at the clubhouse with my toddler. He did not want to leave!!! The owner, Nicole, has a teaching background and is so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

We absolutely love The Clubhouse. The atmosphere is welcoming, family-oriented, and thoughtfully designed for both creative and active play. Our kids are always excited about the different play zones and never want to leave. Nicole is incredibly warm and accommodating, and we fully trust the team with our children. We’re so grateful to have a place like this.

We had the BEST experience at The Clubhouse Wellness Center in Phoenixville! I brought my two boys and from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully set up, but what really makes this place special is the heart behind it.
You can truly feel how much care and intention goes into everything here (for kids, parents, and families as a whole). My boys were comfortable and engaged, and I left feeling refreshed and supported (which doesn’t happen often as a mom!).
This is such a special resource for our community, and I’m so grateful a place like this exists. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a wellness space that genuinely gets it. We can’t wait to come back!

As a mom of three (10, 7, and 3), finding a place that feels calm, creative, and actually enjoyable is a rare win. The Clubhouse Wellness Center is exactly that—a cozy, thoughtful space that feels like a real break from the usual loud chain spots. You can actually connect with friends without yelling over noise or juggling chaos.
Huge credit to the owners for creating something so refreshing for the community. It’s the kind of place you walk into and think, “Oh… this is what we’ve been missing.”

The best birthday party I’ve been to in a long time! Nicole and Karen are the greatest hosts. I forgot I was at a 6 year old party because I spent two hours having snacks and yapping with other parents while the two of them ran the most amazing old school fun party. I left a birthday party feeling like I went out with friends… there’s a first time for everything!

We have used The Clubhouse for Day Off Camps 4 times recently and we keep coming back because it is SO amazing!! I have 2 girls aged 8 and 4 and both come home with arts and crafts projects and stories of climbing and playing and dancing every time they go! The day off camps are affordable and my children feel comfortable and cared for there which is worth its weight in gold for my husband and I. The only thing I wish was that the extended with lunch option went until 3pm instead of 2pm but other than that no notes it’s amazing!!

We love the clubhouse! My 5 year old went to a few of the “no school day” camps and loved it! He couldn’t wait to go back. Nicole and the crew have fostered a community that is a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for kids and adults. Looking forward to signing up for more events in the future!

So thankful this place exists! 1 – The owner is incredibly sweet and personable. We love supporting small businesses! 2 – It’s been such a godsend when school is closed. My kids have active, engaged, fun play and come home happily exhausted. We love the full-day option with lunch included too, super appreciative of the ease and convenience. We’ll be back soon!

My 20 month old daughter and I absolutely love the clubhouse!! The owner Nicole is so welcoming and friendly and we always feel right at home. There are so many activity rooms for the little ones and they can play at their own pace. It’s also a great space for parents to connect! Can’t wait to come back!

My kids love the Clubhouse! They’re constantly asking when they can come back. We have done school closure days, camp, Friday night hangs, and many other workshops. Both my kids, 6 & 8 really enjoy every space and activities that are offered here. The clubhouse gives them a mix of fun, energetic play while also providing multiple spaces for quiet, calmer activities.
As an adult I have also enjoyed the workshops and classes provided. I have been able to get work done while my kids are enjoying all that is offered. We love the Clubhouse! Will be back for more.

My kids (8 and 9) did a tie-dye themed summer camp at The Clubhouse and they had a blast. The setup there is really cool — they have a foam pit, a turf area for games, and different art and craft spaces. The kids moved around a lot during the day, so they never got bored.
From a parent perspective, I loved that it wasn’t just free-for-all play. The staff is warm and really good with kids, and the activities feel intentional. It’s playful, but there’s a purpose behind it — teamwork, confidence, and creativity all naturally built into what they’re doing.
They also run workshops, themed camps, programs for days off school, and even adult events. It’s a great find for families looking for something fun and different.
Highly recommend checking it out!
