I contacted Polinia through her website after I read about her style / method of photography. My family was planning a gathering that would be a combination SURPRISE 80th Birthday and a holiday themed Gingerbread House Making Event. The whole family was involved from the youngest at 2 to the Birthday girl at 80. Polina was just what we needed to capture the magic. You know, the magic you sometimes see in those everyday moments, in the twinkle of an eye, joy of laughter at a storyteller, pride of a mom who’s college child is home for a visit, a little dancer entertaining the crowd. Polina captured all of that and much more. She came to the party and blended so easily. She became a friend as well.
