Melissa was super! I was in a very unique position and needed to find exactly the right house at exactly the right time. I’d also never purchased a home before. Melissa made me aware of what was on the market and what was coming onto the market, which was super important, given how hot the market was. She never tired of looking for the right house. She provided objective and useful insight when evaluating different houses. When we found the right house, she helped come up with the right offer and advocated for me with the seller’s realtor. She played an integral role in making sure that everything went smoothly from after our offer was accepted through the closing. I would love to work with her again, but we love our new house so much, it shouldn’t be necessary!!
