Ed Lanigan has over 15 years of experience working with buyers and sellers in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties in New York. We were referred to Ian when we moved out to Philly. Market circumstances were very challenging in a primarily seller’s dominated cycle. Ian and his team were very supportive, available, and patient.
