Their Chestnut Hill flagship has been a neighborhood favorite for over eight years, and in November 2024, they expanded with a second location in Ardmore. Both spas offer a thoughtfully curated selection of high-end skin care products—Biologique Recherche, Swiss Line, and Valmont—handpicked by owner and founder Chrissy Dress. Guests enjoy complimentary infrared sauna and cold plunge sessions with any service lasting an hour or more, or they can be booked separately. New clients receive 15% off their first service when they mention Main Line Parent at booking.

My experience at Cure de Repos was nothing short of magical. From the moment Elle confirmed my reservation and thoughtfully suggested I arrive early to enjoy their sauna and plunge pool facilities, I knew I was in for a treat.
Arriving slightly early, I was welcomed into their beautifully designed waiting area where I relaxed with a soothing herbal tea while the sauna warmed up. The space itself is stunning – think sophisticated urban aesthetics with concrete floors complemented by warm pink and beige tones, creating what I can only describe as a grown-up urban luxury Barbie vibe.
The thermal experience was incredible. I managed two rounds of sauna and plunge pool – and let me tell you, that plunge is COLD! It took me two attempts to fully submerge (first time I couldn’t quite commit, second time I managed 5 seconds), but the sensation was absolutely otherworldly.
The highlight was my Glo20 facial with Valerie, who is nothing short of a sorceress. Her hands worked wonders, and I left absolutely glowing. I’d honestly consider allocating a portion of my monthly salary just to be treated by her regularly!
Having visited both Cure locations, this one has become my favorite. The more minimalist, urban, feminine aesthetic really sets it apart. The entire experience, from the service, the facilities to the treatment, was exceptional. If you’re looking for a spa experience that combines luxury with real results, this is your place.
