All of You Therapy is a group psychotherapy practice that works with children, teens, young adults, parents, and families. They specialize in supporting individuals and families wanting to work on challenges related to trauma and attachment, including grief and family conflict. All of You Therapy offers play and art therapy. as well as EMDR therapy, in addition to talk therapy, to support individuals who are looking for more creative and experiential forms of therapy to express and process difficult feelings and life experiences.
