Started in a basement of a family home in Philly, the organization stepped up when the pandemic hit and began to produce and donate face shields and face masks to frontline workers at a time when PPE procurement was stretched to its limit. If that does not define love and care I don’t know what does. Besides PPE the organization gifted me a cutting board with a recipe engraved in the handwriting of my grandmother who I lost 2 years ago. I’ve gotten personalized christmas ornaments and pencils and a host of other wonderful gifts for my loved ones through Philly DIY. I would trust no other organization with bringing my vision for perfect gifts into reality.”
