I enjoyed the warmth and conversation during the cooking demonstration that carried over to the sharing of the meal. The dish that was demonstrated was delicious and easy to follow. I liked how the ingredients were discussed individually with details shared. The space layout was amenable to having a clear view of the cooking while engaging with other participants.
