We recently used Velia’s services for a big family trip to Disney World that included both sets of grandparents. Modern Family Travel is a small business that offers exceptional personal service. When we traveled to Disney World, Velia offered insider tips as to how to get the most value for our dollar. She had tips as to where to stay and found us super amazing deals on places that we never would have thought we could afford. We learned best times to hit different parts of the park and how to skip long lines. Why bother using a travel agent? On our return trip home, we were stranded after missing our connecting flight and Velia found us another flight home quick so that we could make it home in time to make a family function the next day. Travel is expensive and it’s great having an agency to guide you in finding deals and making the most of our money. On another trip, a cruise, we had planned some excursions that were canceled due to weather. Velia guided us in getting reimbursed and finding alternatives. Modern Family Travel has agents who specialize in Europe and we are planning on booking a trip to Croatia this summer. Working with Modern Family Travel is like having a friend in the business.
