Healing Hearts Wellness

Description

Mental health is an important part of overall health, and Healing Hearts Wellness (HHW) supports individuals in creating lives that align more closely with their goals and values. HHW offers a range of somatic, body-based, and evidence-based treatments, including EMDR, IFS, Yoga Therapy for Mental Health, Somatic Therapy, Individual and Couples Intensives, Adult ADHD Assessments, ERP, dance movement therapy, Reiki-assisted therapy, Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), Ecotherapy, Creative Art Therapy, Sports Psychology, play therapy, and couples therapy. HHW also provides mental health care and educational offerings for small businesses, local schools, and corporations. Some major insurance plans are accepted.

Individuals interested in getting started can reach out to be matched with a therapist. If HHW is not the right fit, the team understands how difficult it can be to begin the therapy process and will do its best to provide one to three appropriate referrals.

Wanderhome Retreats is the educational and retreat arm of Healing Hearts Wellness, serving therapists and other helping professionals through unique CEs, embodied learning, burnout prevention, and community building.

I have worked with Kanjana for almost a decade and she has facilitated sessions with my business partner and I when we started as well as helped me with different therapy needs and referrals. Kanjana is amazing and also takes insurance which is a rarity in the therapy world. I am grateful that they offer in person and virtual visits for those who travel for work but still prioritize mental health visits. I can’t say enough about this practice and the professionalism I have encountered.
