The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is proud to partner with various agencies to offer funded preschool opportunities to families with children ages 3-4 years old.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Pre-K Counts Program provides free, full-day preschool for Pennsylvania families earning up to 300% of the federal poverty level (about $96,000 for a family of four).

These programs follow the same rigorous standards for learning and development as private preschool programs. The Y believes early learning is crucial to a lifetime of success, and knows these programs are vital to our communities.
