Artisan Painting

We recently hired Artisan Painting for a relatively large (for us) painting project. We had hired painters in the past, however, our previous painter had relocated out of the area, and recommended Artisan for our future needs. We had been pretty satisfied with our previous painter, so we took her recommendation seriously. We had a living room, dining room, kitchen, home office, family room, primary bedroom with bath, and a hall and stairs.
You’re never quite sure how things will go the first time you work with a contractor. Boy, did we make the right decision. We’ve been homeowners for nearly 30 years, and have had all sorts of contractors over that time. We’ve also done our fair share of painting ourselves. The attention to detail that Artisan exhibits is unbelievable. I was shocked at the amount of prep that they did, and it 100% paid off in the end. We could not have more satisfied. The entire experience, from start to finish, was a pleasure. First, the quality of the work was second to none. In addition, the entire crew was a pleasure to work with. Let’s face it, having contractors in your home can be a hassle. From the initial visit, through the actual work, to continous check-ins, to final details, the whole team was friendly, accommodating, and professional. While they worked, the team would casually chat with each other. It was clear they liked and respected each other, and enjoyed their jobs. To me, that’s a sign of a well-run organization. We had a couple of snafus to deal with (working around kitchen counter installation and the discovery of pre-existing structural issues to address), and they were very flexible and helpful in resolving those issues. It was particularly helpful with the structural damage that was discovered that Artisan has a carpenter as part of the team, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and with a minimum of disruption to the project.
Artisan Painting is a great organization that does great work at a great value.

I cannot recommend Artisan painting highly enough. The entire crew has done outstanding work on the redo of our first floor. Everyone from Artisans that touched the space has been first rate at their skill set. Tom for drywall, Matt in carpentry and Kim, John and Jose for painting. Craig is amazing at communicating and pulling it all together. We have been through a really arduous process having had a fire in our living room and are really grateful we found Artisans as they helped make a tough process much easier and have done such a great job. Everyone has cared about the work they do and on top of it all they are all really nice to have around! Nice people that care about their work. As I said – I highly recommend and they definitely need to be recognized for their care and high quality work.

I would highly recommend their services to everyone; they consistently go above & beyond and are professional, communicative, knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. They also genuinely care about people and making a positive impact on the community, which I really admire and appreciate!
