Alison Skiles, certified massage therapist, has twenty years of experience partnering with clients to identify their wellness goals and find ways to live in alignment. She offers yoga instruction, Ayurvedic practices, bodywork, breath work and mindfulness practices. Together, you uncover a wholeness that has always existed -- just under the surface.

Alison's training began at The University of Complementary Medicine in Santa Monica where she was certified in both traditional Western Massage, as well as Ayurvedic Bodywork.  She received her Yoga Teacher Certification from The Yoga Lifestyle Center.  Alison completed a year-long course on Medical Massage at New Jersey Massage in Parsippany, where she also studied massage for clients with Breast Cancer and who've had a Mastectomy. At the Sivananda Ashram, she studied Thai Yoga Massage with master teacher Kam Thye Chow, founder of the Lotus Palm School.  Finally, Alison studied The Great Treatise on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment: The Lamrim Chenmo with the Dalai Lama.
