Natasha helped me plan our first big family trip since COVID (Spring Break 2023), and she was absolutely amazing! I was looking to book a tropical vacation that would be enjoyable for my husband and myself as well as our three kids such that we would truly feel it was a VACATION. Natasha most definitely delivered! We had originally wanted to go to Jamaica, but the resort we were interested in (Beaches Negril) was all booked and unavailable. We then explored options in Mexico, Costa Rica, etc., and ultimately Natasha sold us on Beaches Turks & Caicos, which proved to be the best decision ever. It was a truly wonderful vacation for the whole family, and everyone returned home and wanted to rebook immediately! Natasha was so helpful every step of the way, from the initial decision making and of course handling all of the bookings and specifics, providing us with an extensive itinerary and travel guide (including her own recommendations for dining, activities, etc.), and even helped me book a hotel/parking package in Newark for the night before we flew out when I was having trouble finding something suitable on my own. She makes herself very available to her clients, always responding quickly, and really takes the time to ensure every trip is a success. We have already booked another Beaches vacation with her for Spring Break 2025!
