The Easter Bunny is busy this year hosting brunches, events, and egg hunts all around the Main Line! To help you find some eggscellent Easter activities, we’ve gathered a list of the Bunny’s appearances as he hops around our area, plus community egg hunts, a special Passover celebration, and other Easter-themed fun for the kids!
Saturdays & Sundays, March 26 – April 17, 2022
Elmwood Park Zoo, 1661 Harding Blvd., Norristown
Hop on over to the Elmwood Park Zoo for a special brunch with the Easter Bunny on Saturdays and Sundays, March 26 through April 17! Enjoy a delicious breakfast, participate in some Easter activities, and meet one of the beloved education animals. Don’t forget to grab a photo with the Easter Bunny and explore the zoo! There are three brunch sessions each day: 10:00 am, 11:15 am, and 12:30 pm. Space is limited for this event, so please register early. Your ticket includes admission to the zoo, brunch, a photo-op with the Easter Bunny and more!
March 26 – April 18, 2022, Select dates and hours
Sesame Place, 100 Sesame Road, Langhorne
Don’t miss Elmo’s Eggstravaganza—an exciting Easter Celebration on select dates in 2022, plus a Passover celebration! Guests can visit Sesame Place for a hoppin’ good time with rides, shows, Sesame Street Party Parade, plus special Easter and Passover fun with everyone’s favorite furry friends! Some of the holiday highlights include the Easter Bunny in his Picture Patch, an Easter Egg scavenger hunt, Furry Friends Bunny Hop Dance Party. You can also reserve a meal with Elmo, Abby, and the Easter Bunny for even more fun. On April 17 and 18th, there will be a special Passover celebration and sing-along in the Sesame Street neighborhood. You can purchase Eggstravaganza tickets online in advance, however reservations are no longer required to visit Sesame Place!

Lulu’s Casita, 6 Cricket Avenue, Ardmore
It’s the season for another edition of LuLu’s Casita Cricket Springs & Easter Things! This is an outdoor spring and Easter-themed event for the little ones and their siblings, held on the first block of Cricket Avenue in Ardmore. The morning event will be filled with music, photos with the Easter Bunny, a sensory station, face painting, make your own fairy gardens, Mirabel from Encanto, snacks and refreshments for the kiddos and much more! Cost is $25 per child and $5 per adult. To purchase tickets please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Space is limited due to capacity restrictions.

Linvilla Orchards, 137 W. Knowlton Road, Media
There’s no place quite like Bunnyland at Linvilla Orchards. Hop aboard a hayride as it carries you through the woods to visit the Easter Bunny’s house where you’ll have the chance to meet Linvilla’s Easter Bunny! While visiting; one of the Bunny’s friends will tell you a magical story and you will receive a special treat. Be sure to bring your own camera and reserve tickets online in advance.
April 2, 2022, Noon and 2 pm seatings

Stop in for have lunch and visit with the Easter Bunny! The Easter Bunny will be hopping around and visiting with the children on the afternoon of Saturday, April 2. Reservation is required for this Easter lunch event, so call (610) 543-3474 to reserve a spot at the 12 pm seating or 2pm seating.
April 9, 2022, 10 am – 2 pm
Norristown Farm Park Environmental Education, 2500 Upper Farm Road, East Norriton
Take a hike around the park searching for the hidden Easter bunnies. Afterwards, have a family photo done by Photo by Jolo with a live bunny! Also take a fun Easter craft home and get some surprise eggs. Wear sturdy walking shoes and park in parking lot #3 by the pavilion to begin the festivities. April 9 & 10 and April 14 – 16, 2022; 10 am – 2 pm
1000 Marshallton-Thorndale Road, West Chester
Take a ride on a hay wagon to visit the Easter Bunny in his burrow! Afterwards, browse the Farm Market where you’ll find plenty of Easter treats for every taste from cupcakes, pies, and donuts, to jelly beans, chocolates, and of course, eggs! Tickets are $8 per person and children under three are free. Rides leave every half hour; reserve tickets online.
April 9, 10, & 16, 2022, 10 am – 3pm
508 Smithbridge Road, Glen Mills
Celebrate Spring at Smithbridge Gardens where you can enjoy a free petting zoo and free pictures with the Easter Bunny! During your visit you can browse spring flowers, plants and more for sale at the garden center.
April 9 & 10 and April 14–16; 10 am – 5 pm
931 Stony Hill Road, Yardley
There’s lots of Easter fun at the Eggstravaganza! Take a wagon ride to the “Hunting Grounds” where kids will find six candy-filled eggs, get a prize, and meet the Easter Bunny. Afterwards, play on go-karts, an obstacle course, inflatables, sports zone, and more in the Festival Field. Admission includes all activities. Tickets purchased online are $12 for children and $8 for adults. At the gate, tickets are $15 for children and $10 for adults.
April 9, 2022, 11 am – 12:30 pm
9201 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia
Artist Marta Sanchez brings the Mexican tradition of cascarones to Woodmere! Cascarones are brightly decorated, confetti-filled eggshells used in Mexican American celebrations for Easter. Children will decorate the eggshells with paint, markers, and glitter while practicing the joyful tradition of cracking the eggs over others’ heads. The tradition believes that as the confetti spills out from the cracked eggshells, the cascarones will bring good luck. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. 230 E. Market Street, West Chester
Hop’ on board the West Chester Railroad and take a 90 minute round trip along the beautiful Chester Creek from West Chester to the historic Glen Mills village. The Easter Bunny will be on board the heated decorated train handing out treats to all passengers! During the brief stop at the historic Glen Mills station, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to take a quick photo with the Easter Bunny and explore the historic station. Additionally, there will be live onboard entertainment!
April 15 – 17, 2022; Multiple departures each day

Welcome spring on a ride through beautiful farmland with the Easter Bunny as your conductor! Kids are sure to be delighted when the Easter Bunny greets them on board during their ride on the the Strasburg Rail Road steam train. The Easter Bunny Train ride is 45 minutes; see the Strasburg Rail Road website for departure times and tickets.
April 16 & 17, 2022, 10 am – 6 pm
1001 Longwood Road, Kennett Square
Make it an Easter event to spend some time in the beauty of Longwood Gardens. As you take a flower-filled stroll, savor the vibrant hues, fresh fragrances, and natural sounds of spring. In the Conservatory, enjoy live string quartet selections each afternoon from 1 – 4 pm. Advance timed admission tickets are required and can be made online or by phone.

Grab your flashlights and friends and come out on April 1st for the annual flashlight egg hunt at Anderson Farm Park in Collegeville.
April 9, 2022, 9 am – 11 am
Black Rock Park, 1286 Black Rock Rd, Phoenixville
The Upper Providence Twp. Parks and Recreation is hosting a free community egg hunt at Black Rock Park for children, ages 0–10. There will be two egg hunts at varying times for each age group. Children can also meet special guest, Peter Rabbit who will be part of the festivities.
April 9, 2022, 10 am
110 W. Boot Road, West Chester
Bring your own basket and hunt for eggs (and treats) at Boot Road Park in West Chester. Kids, ages 10 and under, and individuals with special needs of all ages are invited to participate. The hunt will begin at 10 am and is over very quickly! Prize baskets will be awarded for golden eggs!
April 9, 2022, 11 am – 4 pm
Veterans Memorial Park in Marple Township, 354 Lawrence Road, Broomall
The Easter Eggstravaganza and egg hunt are part of the Marple Township ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony for the new Veterans Memorial Park! This fun-filled event will have a variety of local vendors, food, and kids’ activities, along with free pictures with the bunny and an egg hunt! Please register the age and number of children who will be participating in the egg hunt in advance, so the organizers can better prepare for the event! The egg hunt will begin immediately following the ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 pm. Parking and admission is free.
April 9 & 16, 2022, 11 – 11:30 am
Ridley Creek State Park, 3900 North Sandy Flash Drive, Newtown Square
Celebrate the spring season on Saturday April 9 and April 16 with an Easter Egg Hunt at Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation from 11–11:30 am. Children, ages 12 and under are invited to search the fields to find eggs filled with surprises. Afterwards, visit the farm for egg-themed activities and demonstrations, story time, meet the animals, music, and more! Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Cots for adults and children over the age of 2 are $10. Member tickets are $8.

What is more fun than a hunt at the Barn? Join The Barn Yard play space for their first annual Egg Hunt! A special friend will be visiting and hiding their special bunny eggs all over the Barn Yard for you to come and find. Everyone can also play, find, and create a fun Easter craft to share. Registration and pre-payment is required. Cost is $30 for first child, $25 for each additional child.

Trinity Presbyterian Church of Berwyn, 640 Berwyn Avenue, Berwyn
All are welcome for a Community Wide Egg Hunt at Trinity Presbyterian Church in the courtyard! Members and friends in our community are encouraged to bring your little ones. Additionally, you can help make the egg hunt a big success by volunteering to help set up. The church will also accept donations of Easter eggs containing sweets, stickers, and other small prizes.
April 16, 2022, 9 am
140 Waterloo Avenue, Berwyn
Bring your bunnies and their bags and baskets to collect as many eggs as they can. This is a free community event and all are welcome to attend. The egg hunt for children begins at 9:00 am. Be sure to bring your own bag.
April 16, 2022, 11 am – 1 pm
Schauffele Plaza, 35 Cricket Terrace, Ardmore
Join the Easter Bunny and the Ardmore Business Association for the annual Easter Egg Hunt in Ardmore. Begin at Schauffele Plaza where you pick up your map, travel throughout Ardmore hunting for Easter Eggs, and collect candy on the way. Finish your hunt at Schauffele Plaza for prizes and treats. This is a free event!
