Eric replaced an old water heater that was also old school and a “beast” in size and weight. It was a big job and he handled everything with care. My furnace stopped working in the middle of arctic cold weeks and he came to me the same day I reached out to him to help me sort out temporary heat until I could get a new furnace (which he guided me on) and then installed seamlessly once received.
