Action Karate is the premier place for high-quality character-based martial arts and karate classes on the Main Line. Action Karate teaches important life skills that help children and adults feel more self-assured to pursue their goals and carry themselves with respect. Students gain self-defense skills that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. Students in their program learn the grit, focus and determination needed to excel in school, at home, and in life.

My son started with Mr Freed right when he turned 3 years old and I honestly don’t know what we’d do without him and all of the incredibly passionate instructors at Action Karate Main Line! Consistent group and private lessons in person (virtually too) have promoted confidence, discipline, grit, perseverance and has kept my son connected through this pandemic. The program is also very instrumental in helping with issues that arise at home; self-control and respect to name 2. The Action Karate Main Line program provides an incredibly powerful foundation to set kids up for success in this life!
