Woodmere’s 2023 Straw Maze

Saturdays and Sundays, September 9–November 12 for ages 4–11, with an adult. Explore the zigzag spaces, tunnels, and multi-level views created in Woodmere’s 2023 straw maze. Built with massive bales of straw and designed by architects Peter Everett Brown and Barbara Ann Sprague of BrownSprague LLC, the maze provides fun and recreation for all ages. This year, Woodmere pays tribute to the turtle and its role as a literary subject and character within various cultures.

Free for adults and children ages 3 and under. Cost for children, ages 4–11 is $5 per child for non-members; $20 for groups of five.

A parent or guardian must accompany children. Entrance to the museum is free to parents and guardians whose children have tickets to the Straw Maze.
