Tons of Fun Carnival is returning to the Philadelphia Premium Outlets! Find the carnival in the parking lot near Nike Factory Store from April 6th–9th and April 13th–15th featuring rides, games, and carnival bites including cotton candy, popcorn, funnel cakes, and more! Carnival hours of operation are weekdays from 5–11 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1–11 pm.
