The Screen Time Struggle: A Parent Circle is a supportive, conversation-based event for moms and caregivers navigating screen time in everyday family life. Designed for parents who feel overwhelmed, unsure, or tired of second-guessing screen use at home, this parent circle offers a chance to slow down, connect with others, and gain perspective — without judgment or rigid rules.

The evening will be led by Naomi Morissette, PhD, a parent, certified school psychologist, and university professor, who brings both real-life parenting experience and research-informed insight to the discussion. Together, participants will explore why screen time feels so challenging right now, how screens can impact regulation, sleep, and behavior at different ages, and what children are working on developmentally. The conversation will also include realistic, practical ways to ease daily power struggles around screens.

This is not a lecture or therapy session, but a guided, small-group discussion intended to help parents feel more confident, more informed, and less alone. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited.
