Steamin’ Days

The best way to experience Marshall Steam Museum at Auburn Heights is to visit on a monthly Steamin’ Day — the first Sunday of every month, June through November, from 12:30–4:30 pm. Climb into an antique automobile, board one of their trains, and experience what travel was like at the turn of the 20th century. Tour the magnificent 1897 mansion that was home to three generations of the Marshall family. You’ll find something for everyone, age 2 to 92! Included with all admission options: Fresh steam-popped popcorn from our vintage popper; entry to the Marshall Steam Museum, featuring the world’s largest operating collection of Stanley steam cars, plus a vintage working electric train display; exhibits; a gift shop; kids activities and crafts; and a firing up demonstration to see how to set a steam car in motion.
