Sidewalk Chalk Walks & Summer Story Time (All Ages)
July 23, 2024 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Draw your way through Jenkins! Use sidewalk chalk to create beautiful nature-related art from the John J. Willaman Education Center down the main path through the garden.
And between 10–10:30 am, Jenkins Arboretum and Gardens staff will hold a nature-themed read aloud in Jenkins’ very own secret garden—the Explorer Garden! Enjoy a morning out and learn something new while listening to engaging stories. (Story time most suitable for ages 3–6.)
Don’t miss these special mornings of family fun, stories, and endless doodling.
All ages welcome. Chalk will be provided; just bring your creativity! Please check in before starting.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Shine only.
