Shalom Momma Postpartum Group
Looking for your parent village? The Shalom Momma Postpartum Group offers a welcoming space where new and returning parents can give and receive support, ask questions, and build a parent community close to home. Each week features a topic related to you and your baby, along with a song and a story.
This group is open to all parents up to eight months after delivery and is not restricted to first-time parents. Join as soon as you feel ready after your baby arrives!
Shalom Momma partners with Jewish institutions to enhance maternal mental health and strengthen the well-being of parents with children ages 0-5.
