Philly Bookstore Crawl at Children’s Book World

CBW will be celebrating the second annual Philly Book Crawl with ice cream, books, activities, give-aways and a special visit from Pete the Cat!

The Philadelphia Bookstore Crawl is a yearly (at least, that’s the plan!) celebration of Philadelphia’s wildly vibrant and wonderful bookstore scene, the last Saturday of every August.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, August 24th.
The concept is simple. On the date of the crawl, at the end of the summer, participating bookstores around town are hosting unique and special events. Stop in and see what’s going on!
There’s no specific trail to follow. No route. Just a bundle of bookshops around town, all doing something special on one given day. Though who knows. Maybe in future years they’ll have a trolley. *wink*
