Mommy & Me Yoga in Havertown
Come on in to East Eagle Yoga in Havertown every Monday for Mommy & Me Yoga. Bring your kiddos and enjoy some yoga, music, and movement! East Eagle’s children’s Yoga instructor will move the class through a series of mindfulness exercises and yoga poses to a fun playlist while incorporating breathing techniques at the end of class to calm the body and mind.
This class is perfect for ages 2-5, but older and younger siblings are welcome. $15 per family.
