Join children’s book author Melissa Trempe on March 26 at 5:00 pm at the Tredyffrin Library for a delightful exploration of ladybugs and their surprising journey to outer space! Young explorers ages 4-8 will discover fascinating facts about these beloved insects, get up close with live ladybugs, and create a special ladybug craft to take home. Ms. Trempe will share her book “Ladybug Launch: Inspired by a True Story of Chinitas in Space,” which tells the remarkable true story of Chilean students who convinced NASA to send ladybugs to space. This event combines science, storytelling, and hands-on fun, perfect for curious young minds with questions about insects, space, or becoming an author.
