Meet the Author: Robin Gow of Saber Tooth
Join award-winning author Robin Gow, author of the acclaimed novels in verse Dear Mothman and Gooseberry, for a special author talk all about their newest book Sabertooth. Sabertooth is a book written entirely in verse (that’s a fancy way of saying poetry).
In this workshop attendees will dig into what it means to “break the rules” in poetry, how that’s changed over time, and different approaches poets, like Robin, have used to break forms and expectations. Then, everyone will get a chance to practice breaking some rules, too!
