Enjoy an afternoon of breath work, crafts, essential oils, music, and activities designed to warm your heart and soul, including:

-DIY Essential oil roller bottles and sprays infused with scents and stones that promote self-love, kindness, and confidence.
-Fun socks and Tote bags with pressed flowers and natural dye.
-An “Affirmation Station,” with journals for you to take home and prompts to lift you up.
