School’s Out: Mindful Moments at Roots to Branches Soul Studio
Roots to Branches Soul Studio hosts a 1/2 day workshop incorporating movement, nature exploration, arts & crafts, snacks, & hot cocoa for ages 6-10.
Please dress in layers, bring a water bottle, and shoes appropriate for walking on some dirt trails. Kids leave with a decorated canvas tote and winter crafts and get an optional nut free snack and hot cocoa. All activities are winter themed, mindful by nature, adventurous, and fun!
Led by Therese Daniels, a licenced therapist, and supported by Leah Comby, a recreational therapist.
