Opt-Outside on Black Friday at McKaig Nature Education Center
Hike, explore, and enjoy nature along the trails at McKaig Nature Center this Black Friday. Skip the stores and spend quality time with friends and family on a leisurely hike through the 3¼+ miles of woodland trails at McKaig Nature Preserve. This FREE event offers a variety of activities for all ages.
All-Day Activities:
- Nature Bingo 25
- Self-Guided Family Hikes: Discover the beauty of McKaig Woods at your own pace.
- Meet at the “Beach”: From 11 am to 2 pm, join McKaig volunteers and staff at the “Beach” map marker (white 21) for a chance to learn more about the park. Enjoy a cozy bonfire and roast marshmallows.
