Magic In the Air with Sports Writer, Mike Sielski
Mike Sielski will visit the Bala Cynwyd Library to discuss his work and his new book, Magic in the Air: the Myth, the Mystery, and the Soul of the Slam Dunk. His previous work, The Rise, was a fantastic book about Kobe Bryant’s early life, with many stories involving Lower Merion.
Mike Sielski is a sports columnist for the Inquirer. The Associated Press Sports Editors named him the top sports columnist in America in 2015, and his work has been anthologized in The Best American Sports Writing. The author of two books and a former reporter at the Wall Street Journal, he lives in Bucks County with his wife and two sons.
