Gua Sha Guidance Workshop
Gua Sha Guidance is a hands-on workshop at SHIFT in Narbeth that introduces participants to the basics of facial gua sha as a modern self-care practice. Led by licensed Acupuncturist, Melinda Schwartz, owner of Sacred Scarab Acupuncture on February 5th from 6:15pm-8:00pm. The session covers techniques to promote circulation, ease facial tension, and support healthy skin, with guided practice and Q&A included.
For ages 16+. Space is limited. Registration is $20 per person and available through the Main Line SHIFT website.
