Main Line Parent Community Calendar
Gentle Flow Yoga

Step onto the mat, breathe deeply, and flow through gentle outdoor yoga with instructor Christina Teofilak. Move mindfully through simple sequences, focus on alignment, and adapt each pose to your body. Feel the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature, and release tension as you soak in the peaceful rhythm of this mindful, outdoor practice.
What to expect:
A slower-paced yoga class suitable for beginners and intermediate students
Simple sequences with an emphasis on alignment, mindful movement, and breath
Poses offered with modifications to support a comfortable and accessible practice
Classes are held outdoors or under cover as needed
What to wear and bring:
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and outdoor conditions
A yoga mat
Water
Arrival and check-in:
Upon arrival, please check in at the Visitor Center, where you will be directed to the class location.
Waiver requirement:
Each participant is required to submit a waiver (CLICK HERE).
Please print, complete, and bring the waiver with you to your first class.
Registration and drop-in policy:
Pre-registration is recommended to guarantee a spot.
Drop-ins are welcome, space permitting; however, we cannot admit drop-ins once the class has begun.
Drop-in participants should allow time to register and pay at the Visitor Center before heading to class.
First-time drop-in participants must arrive 15 minutes early to complete a waiver.
Fee includes admission to the Arboretum, so feel free to stay for the day!
