Free First Sundays for Families at the Brandywine Museum of Art
Families can enjoy free all-day admission to the Brandywine Museum of Art and its special exhibitions, plus creative art activities celebrating poetry, art, and nature from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
While at the museum, explore the exhibition This Earthen Door: Nature as Muse and Material and join staff from Delaware County Libraries for interactive Read-Aloud stories at 11:00 and 11:30 am, and 12:00 and 12:30 pm. Attendees can also write poetry inspired by the Museum’s gardens and engage in nature crafts featuring the colors of summer.
Pre-registration is requested for art activities; arrive anytime between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm to participate. No registration is required for admission to Museum galleries.
