The Tapcracker
This holiday season, join The Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble, Philadelphia’s own all-women tap company, for The Tapcracker!
With a cast of over 40 dancers from PA, NJ, and DE, The Tapcracker transports audiences to Paris, where an infestation of rats has thrown the city into chaos. Toy soldiers guard the Eiffel Tower, mice wreak havoc in the Metro, and Duke Ellington’s swinging rendition of the beloved Tchaikovsky score will leave you dancing in your seat.
Both the orchestra and mezzanine are accessible without stairs. Accessible seating is also available by contacting emily@ladyhoofers.org for assistance.
Tickets can be purchased here. There are three showtimes on Saturday, December 13th and one showtime at 3:00 pm on December 14th.
The lobby will open 30 minutes prior to each performance with merchandise available to purchase during intermission and after the show. All merchandise proceeds benefit The Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble. Concessions will be provided by Suzanne Roberts Theatre, including alcoholic beverages.
Run time: 90 minutes including a 15 minute intermission.
