SUMMARY:Making Space: A Mindful Walk to Welcome Spring
DESCRIPTION:Meet Therese Daniels\, owner of Roots to Branches Soul Studio\, in the woods at Haverford College Arboretum just after the Spring Equinox. Participants will walk together to release and make space for new internal growth as spring begins. \nFollowing nature’s cycles\, winter offered a time for rest. Now\, with the arrival of spring\, it’s time to release and move forward with renewed momentum. \nDuring this mindful walk\, Therese will gently guide participants to reflect\, breathe\, walk\, gather\, release\, and reset. \nParticipants will receive a small journal and tote bag for gathering. Roots to Branches will also provide mats or towels for seating during the opening and closing reflection time. Benches are also available. \nDress comfortably in layers depending on the weather. Sturdy shoes are recommended\, as trails may still be muddy.
