Sugarloaf Craft Festival

Rated as one of the top craft experiences in the country, this event features more than 250 top artisans displaying and selling their unique creations. The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival in Oaks also features interactive demonstrations with master craftspeople, as well as specialty gourmet foods available for sampling and purchasing.

St. Sophia Fall Craft Fair and Greek Food Festival

St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, 900 South Trooper Road, Jeffersonville

 

All of your Greek favorites from moussaka to baklava, plus 40 unique crafters to browse. Don’t forget to tour the beautifully painted Byzantine-style Church. Admission and parking are free.

Harvest Fest at Elmwood Park Zoo

Haverford Reserve Tree Planting

Help beautify the community. 150 native trees need to be planted near the Northbrook stream, and Staff Horticulturist, Peter Hickman, and Program Coordinator, Jesse Hart, will lead the planting. Bring gloves and shovels.

Veterans Day Parade

Church Street, Downtown West Chester

 

Join the West Chester Veterans Council to pay tribute to all American veterans, living or dead, who served their country honorably during war or peacetime. The parade will begin at Henderson High School, heading up Church Street and around the corner to the Old Court House with a short ceremony to follow.

‘Our Town’
